Renting facilities at the First Hijrah Foundation (FHF) is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the discretion of the management, which may revoke this privilege at any time.
Submit completed hall rental application. Reservation official only after full payment of rent and security deposit.
Cash, cleared check, or online transaction. Online reservations cancelled if payment not received within 24 hours.
Providing false information results in immediate cancellation.
Alcohol prohibited. No food/drinks in mosque, library, classrooms, or offices.
Rental agreement personal to renter - cannot be transferred or subleased.
Available for FHF members in good standing for personal use or immediate family only.
Covers up to 5 consecutive hours. Additional fees for extra time.
Refundable deposit required. Adjusted for overtime, damages, or uncleanliness.
Two weeks written notice required for cancellation.
Limited to warming food. Refrigerator available. No other appliances provided.
